Shipping Information:
Packages usually ship within 3 days. Please check "Availability" for each item ordered for our expected shipping time. Some items take longer to ship than others. Your order will ship complete when the last item becomes available unless you indicate to us that you are willing to pay for split shipping.
Refund and Returns Policies:
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us! If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply call our customer service at 281-238-8374 for a return authorization. Any items returned without a return authorization number will be returned to the sender. Merchandize returned in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories will receive a prompt exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges. Merchandise purchased with a credit card will be credited to the card used for that transaction.
We will only refund shipping charges on incorrectly shipped or defective merchandise. Please insure any returned merchandise, since we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
No refunds or exchanges will be honored beyond 30 days of the order date. Custom orders cannot be returned except for defects and warranty issues. Most warranties are handled directly by the manufacturers, but we will be happy to assist our customers in handling any warranty issues.
Bat manufacturers require that bats be returned directly to them.
